How to Use1:
Hold head upright, plate the tip of the spray in the nostril, squeeze the bottle quickly and firmly while breathing in, at the same closing the other nostril. Treat the other nostril similarly. This can be repeated 1-3 times a day as required.
Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Use only as directed and do not exceed the recommended dosage.
